Returns & Postage Policy
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or DM before the order is dispatched.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods packaged correctly back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible to the same card used and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal/open/use goods due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) return an item which on inspection from Pretty Eyes Lash Supplies Ltd is unsatisfactory
Can all items be returned?
We can only refund goods that have not been used, or defective items (If an item is returned and deemed not to be defective we are unable to offer a refund). We cannot accept returns for used or opened goods.
In respect of Liquids including Adhesives or Gel Removers, they must be returned for testing (by the manufacturer) before any exchange is made. We can only offer an exchange on liquid products as these can not be re-sold once returned to us. If the manufacturer deems the product to be faulty a replacement item will be sent (to the same value). If the Manufacturer deems the product to be non-faulty then you have the option of us returning the product to you. Please note the testing process may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
LOCAL DUTY & TAXES
Please note when placing an order from outside the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility and not Pretty Eyes Lash Supplies Ltd to pay any and all duty & local taxes or handling fees related to shipping applied by the destination country. It is also the responsibility for the customer to check potential charges and organise payment for Customs, Taxes and any other fees required prior to receiving the goods.
International tracked and signed for will be used by Royal Mail for international orders - These orders can take 7-10 days.
Tracked 24/48 signed for will be used for any orders made within the United Kingdom.
